| Hey guys and girls, I need your opinions. I would like to get "shoeshine highlights" done to my hair. If you are not familiar with a "shoeshine", it is a method of lightening just the tips of shorter hair on men. Any color can be used, but the most popular choice is to lighten the top of the hair giving the hair a sunkissed appearance a few shades lighter, or going all the way to blonde.
I'm thinking about just going a few shades lighter. With my current hair style, I think it would look pretty good. Both of the hairstylists I talk to said I have the perfect hair to do it, and it would look good. So, let me know what you think. |
